AFI Top 10 Films & NYFCO Awards 2010

The American Film Institute has named their top ten American films for this year. Basically I think it takes a honed opinion and preference to really bring together a list of top ten films that can be truly described as satisfactory. I think I'll have more than ten best films, which is probably why I'm better off not being on the AFI board of juries.

The AFI list looks pretty good though, perhaps films like Martin Scorsese's "Shutter Island" will inevitably be left out of the party.

  1. I think the award that suprises me the most is best director, would have betted money Nolan would get it for Inception. Great list though.
